Having been in the field of “Community Development” he had contributed in the organization’s high impact activities and advocacies in various capacities, contributing his knowledge towards the realization of the relevant issues and multi-concerns, all conducted during the organizations (DAGAT Inc.) community involvement, to wit:
• Conduct of symposiums/seminars concerning “Awareness & understanding of Causes and Prevention of Fish Kills incidence in the Riverine of Dagupan City. (as consultant and researcher)
• Formulation and Passage of “Dagupan City’s Fishery Ordinance & Code of Sustainable Aquaculture” and its Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR (as researcher)
• Dagupan Diversion Road & Bridge Project – Environmental Compliance Certificate and its Environmental Impact. DAGAT Involvement to the Multi-Partite / Sectoral Monitoring Team, (MMT/SMT), TFHUPR, (as researcher)
• “Puracay Beach Project” – Bringing Eco-Tourism in the grassroots. (as consultant)
• Integrating Mangrove in Aquaculture- Field Research in Practice by DAGAT Inc. (as team leader to the technical working committee and consultant)
• Urban Poor Housing and Human Settlement – Policy Formulation DAGAT Involvement to Task Force on Housing and Urban Poor Resettlement, TFHUPR, Dagupan City (as researcher)
